For starters, the most essential factor to reduce hair loss during pregnancy is to keep your hair clean. It is recommended to clean your hair once or twice a week and use a light conditioner.
Eat a balanced diet
You’d be surprised to know how much of an impact nutrition has on your hair. You need to include a diet rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals.
In most cases, hair loss is caused by iron deficiency and other important nutrients such as biotane, folate and vitamin B12. In order to help prevent your hair loss condition, you should try and add these nutrients to your diet or at least add extra supplements to reduce the risk of hair loss.
